Thank you for shopping with ghargoals. We're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time.
Order processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 4 PM IST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking link.
Delivery timelines (within India)
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 5–8 business days
- Tier-2 and tier-3 cities: 7–12 business days
- Remote areas, North-East, and J&K: 10–15 business days
Some products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, which may extend delivery to 12–18 business days. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
- Standard shipping: ₹49 for orders below the free shipping threshold
- Cash on Delivery (COD): additional ₹49 convenience fee
Order tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your order anytime on the courier partner's website using the tracking link shared with you.
Delays While we work hard to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or regional disruptions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
