We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Return window You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from what was shown on the website

Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items, undergarments, and intimate products
  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Clearance/sale items (marked "Final Sale")

How to request a return

  1. Email mishrasumeet7@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or share a return shipping address.

Refund process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer (we'll request your details).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size/colour issues subject to stock availability. Please raise an exchange request the same way as a return.

Order cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
